Calling Social Media Managers...

​We are looking for:

An enthusiastic social media manager and coordinator to help us spread our unique voice to the community we represent. Our ideal team member is looking to grow with a progressive design movement. We are not the average design agency, we are a movement looking for someone that can think outside the box as we deliver content that will inspire generations to come. Clirror social media is about educating our community. This role is not directly involved with facilitating paid ads. Btw we will have the graphics covered, there will be support from a design team. You will not  be expected to create posts from scratch. If you write a good copy that may be a plus but our main focus  is management and curation. 

 

Position Details:

  • Contract based

  • Creative Agency experience preferred

  • Partner potential/Internal team

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone that understands and thoroughly enjoys curating content. Your track record and presence will let us know everything we need to. While we certainly appreciate degrees and certifications, we also know there are more variables that matter like experience and results. We want to know you love what you do. 

  • Multiple  years of experience managing education based social media platforms and paid social media campaigns

  • Exposure to creative agency work is a plus 

  • Current knowledge and the ability to implement proper content execution via  instagram, LinkedIn, and youtube. Platform posting specifications such as aspect ratios, resolution, hashtags, time parameters, restrictions, type of posts etc

  • Fluent knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn

  • Current knowledge and the ability to implement social media scheduling tools 


 

Requirements:

  • Manage our organic social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) including  posting schedule and assistance in community  management

  • Ensure social branding and voice are consistent with brand standards

  • Investigate influencers and additional social media channels relevant to our industry and audience, and make recommendations for engagement

  • Monitor relevant hashtags, posting strategies,  partners, competitors, and industry leaders for increased exposure and content recommendations

  • Assist in performance reporting on content and target audiences through social media

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison to the wider marketing, product, and customer experience teams on web-based initiatives

  • Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content and graphics

  • Increase engagement, traffic and conversions across multiple social media platforms

  • Compile and analyze data utilizing Sprout Social or other social media tools
