Calling Operations Managers...

 

We are looking for:

A manager by nature. A punctual leader with an internal clock for getting things done. A precise planning, process driven facilitator that  loves tracking performance, and will assert themselves when necessary. Someone that is able to turn strategies into execution. Our ideal leader is an active listener that is able to identify inefficiencies and  provide constructive and corrective solutions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone that understands and thoroughly enjoys business process management. While we certainly appreciate degrees and certifications, we also know there are more variables that matter like experience and results. We want to know you love what you do. 

 

  • Higher education degree(s) or certifications in business administration, operations management or a  related field

  • Multiples years’ experience in leadership positions 

  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

  • Understanding of business planning and regulatory issues 

  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues

  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and Operational Support


 

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

    • ​Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

  • Directly oversee operations, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term

  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting company data and metrics.

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Support front line communication with the management team.

  • Oversight and management of proposal development to include solicitation monitoring, identification of opportunities and collaboration with specific Clirror staff and external agencies when developing and submitting proposals.
